Service Description

Get your dose of relaxation and deep body stretch during our Yin yoga sessions. It’s a slow-paced yoga practice where we hold each separate yoga pose for about 5 minutes. All poses are grounded and you’re supported by props when needed, so you can really focus on your breathing and give your body some space. These sessions have the focus of flexibility in the body and setting a peaceful state of mind. All ages, levels and experience are welcome. *You will need a bolster (long pillow), a meditation pillow (smaller pillow) and a block (stack of a few books will do!) *Please share any injuries with your teacher before the session.
